Princess of Rock Jessie Chung shows off her songs at AEON Kepong Metro Prima and Sunway Putra Mall, wrapping up her two Be Strong Launching Shows in Klang Valley. Her shows attracted more than one thousand fans, packing the both venues until no space was left.
In her launching shows, Jessie Chung performed ten of her hot hits, including her song “There You Are” which is currently staying near the top of Baidu’s New Song Chart, Baidu’s Hot Chart, and Baidu’s Golden Hits Chart.
Jessie Chung reveals that her shows will conclude her tour in Klang Valley, and she knows that she’ll miss this place greatly. Her boss in Australia has already asked her to begin her world tour in the beginning of 2017, but Jessie had her Malaysian fans in her heart, and kept delaying her international promotional activities. “I want to see my fellow Malaysians before I start touring the world, because I love Malaysia,” said Jessie as she revealed her inner most thoughts on stage.
Her new album Be Strong sold over 1,000 copies during the two days. To thank her fans for their ongoing support, Jessie spent time with her sisters to sew and stuff fifty heart-shaped pillows to gift the fans who attended the event.
On that day, the launching show organizer also presented the prizes of the “Forever Young Watch & Win” competition to the winners. The top prize, a RM 5, 000 massage chair was awarded to Mr. Wong, while second prize, a HUAWEI P9 lite smartphone was awarded to Ms. Tan. The winners were drawn from a pool of more than 500 competitors, and another 100 winners were also announced on Jessie’s Facebook page.
Upcoming shows in Jessie Chung’s Be Strong World Tour will be on January 13th, Friday at 8 pm at Kluang Mall and January 14th, Saturday at 8 pm at AEON Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru.
